com (also known as Esprit) has been the world's biggest and best seller of premium quality and top condition rare and vintage vinyl records, rare CD's and music memorabilia since 1985 - that's 39 years! Originally released in January 1969, Led Zeppelin is the debut studio album by British rock quartet Led Zeppelin.

I actually spent more than I wanted to for the Audio Technica but it came so highly recommended that I decided to splurge (and nothing cheaper appealed to me). The band is either drunk or stoned out of their heads as they cannot seem to follow their own music or each other in these iconic songs.

If you want to check the colour of the record before you purchase, I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. The funny thing about the Led Zep II’s that jumped all over the place – they’re now considered the “must have” version. Page composition) is actualy "inspired" almost note by note by 1966 Bert Jansch's title compositoon "Black Water Side" (from Jack Orion-1966 LP). So my strategy would be either to find an old, battered copy of Led Zep 1 that you could swap the bags around with (and then sell the record for what you paid for it), or better still, find an album sold by Atlantic around the same time as Led Zep 1 that also had the same bag (which is likely to be cheaper than a new copy of Led Zep 1) and swap them around that way. This 1st pressing variation has orange sleeve lettering with grey stripe across the base of the front cover and (Superhype Music/Jewel Music Publishing credits labels).

Led Zeppelin, on the other hand, went into Olympic Studios with engineer Glyn Johns and produced an excellent-sounding debut—not Johns’ finest effort, but good enough. Sometimes the sound mastering engineer will identify himself (eg, “Porky” by George Piros on Zeppelin IV), and sometimes it’s just a personal message or inside joke (see: http://www. The catalouge number will start with the letter 'k' and the label colour will be orange and green to identify. Double CD - Deluxe 2 CD package with the original artwork, plus the newly created negative artwork for the companion audio.I would think that if the incorrect side had a rather unpopular artist on it, it may not be worth much more than the correct version of the album. By fluke purchased a Led Zep I with the blue writing, red plum label, superhype credit in mint (jacket and disc) condition at a record swap. The release was not approved by the band, and was subsequently withdrawn from the marketplace when they found out about it.

I have the original Atlantic US release that I bought new when it was first released in 1969 (SD8216). For some acts, it ends up being a definitive piece of art; for others, it’s just a step in the process. The first pressings of Led Zep 1 are easily identifiable with Turquoise lettering on the front cover. Arts Jewel Music Publishing credits printed in one line on label side Two but without the "/" in between Warner Bros. Arts Jewel Music Publishing credits printed on both labels but the track listing text is spread out. There’s nothing unique about it (it’s not rare; there are plenty of them around) except the vinyl color. The sleeve design with the grey strip was used on the sleeves with turquoise lettering and was discontinued shortly afterwards.
